Riding Numbers will be issued on the day of signing on.
Riders lists will be published on the website just prior to the event.
The riders entry fees must be paid no later than three days before the event.

Rider’s entry fees must be paid no later than three days before the Trial.

Annual Membership Form
Members with will be eligible to score championship points at all trial events nominated as championship point scoring rounds held throughout 2024. Riders must complete a minimum of 5 events in any one class to be eligible for inclusion in the final Championship
Please ensure you bring your membership card for endorsing and if you would like your membership card posting please send a S.A.E. with your payment.

Privacy Policy and Data Protection (GDPR)
Poachers Pre 65 Classic Trials Club is a non-profit making organisation and is part of the Lincoln section of the AJS & MATCHLESS OWNERS CLUB LTD. Poachers Pre 65 organise motorcycle events under the rules of the AMCA backed up or modified by the Club’s own rules.
Personal Data Collection and Retention
Personal data is collected through membership application or event entry forms either on paper forms or electronically.
Event entry forms
These forms are normally on paper and held by the Club Secretary. They will be disposed of by shredding to avoid them being found by unauthorised third parties
Membership Data
This data is used purely for the purpose of staying in touch and keeping members informed of Poachers and related activities. It will not be shared with third parties either commercial or private for any purpose unless required by law.
Paper membership application forms are retained by the Club Treasurer. Club officials may be supplied with these details from time to time as necessary to carry out Poachers business. Member’s home addresses, email addresses and mobile phone numbers will be used to distribute club news and information.
Agreement to Retain Personal Data
All members will be required to sign the 2019 or later revised membership form to their Personal Data being stored and retained as described in this document.
Any member requiring all or part of his or her data to be removed should send a request to the Club Treasurer detailing which part they require to be removed.
